Prices

The prices are the ones indicated on this website at the time of your reservation.
They are given per person and in euros.

Reservation

From the day of your reservation to 21 dyas before your trip, all reservation will need a 30% deposit. The balance will be paied 15 days before the trip.
For a reservation under 21 days before the trip, the whole payment will be needed to make the reservation.

Air service

It is advised to take care yourself of your air transportation from your home country to France.

Payment

Payment will be made on the secure online payment system of Trekking-explorer*.
* Mont Blanc Experience is pat of a network of receptive agencies around the world, Trekking-Explorer.
The network has developed a secure online payment system for all the member's use.

Liability insurance

According to the law ruling our profession, we subscribe a professional liability insurance.

However, we shall not take place for individual liability insurance that each client must have.
It is essential that you subscribe a multi-risk insurance : rescue, repatriation, medical care, luggage loss or theft.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation on your part :
- Over 30 days before your arrival day, you will be charged 40 € per person for file fees.
- From 30 to 21 days before your arrival day, you will be charged 25% of the price of your trip.
- From 20 to 10 days before your arrival day, you will be charged 50% of the price of your trip.
- From 9 to 2 days before your arrival day, you will be charged 80% of the price of your trip.
- Under 2 days before your arrival day, you will be charged 100% of the price of your trip.
All cancellation must be sent by e-mail with aknowledgement of receipt.

Litigation

In case of litigation, the Grenoble Business Court will take over the case.
