You traveled with Mont Blanc Experience : share your experience! This exchange will allow future travelers to get a more precise idea of their future trip.
Whether the opinions are positive or negative, our concern is transparency. To ensure the smooth running of these exchanges and keep them going with respect for all, certain rules must be observed.
How to submit a review?
You can fill out the satisfaction survey we sent you at the end of your trip. The community or Mont Blanc Exeprience can also answer to your review.

The overall satisfaction rating on a trip is expressed as a percentage, according to the statements of our customers who said they were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with their trip. The note displayed takes into account all the reviews since the creation of the trip, or since the last significant change of the trip. The overall satisfaction score for a destination is calculated from the scores for all trips included in that destination.
honesty and respect
Travelers reviews and questions posted on montblanc-experience.com are subject to moderation. Messages are not changed and are published in their entirety, or deleted if they are found not to comply with the charter. In accordance with the law, reviews or questions containing violent, abusive, discriminatory, sexist, defamatory, racist comments will be systematically deleted.
Confidentiality and respect for the community is very important to us. Any information concerning the privacy of a traveler, guide, Mont Blanc Experience team member or any other person may be subject to moderation. In this case, the person who submitted the review will be asked to modify it so that it can be published.
We also might delete messages unrelated to the trip, aggressive comments between users, name attacks against travelers, guides or Mont Blanc Experience team member as well as comments promoting a brand, a site or product.
We advise that you do not give your contact details-email, phone, address ...
The person who submitted a question or an review subject to moderation will be informed by email. The traveler will then have the possibility to modify his review or his question.
Delay to publish a question
Questions are published instantly in the "questions to the community" area. If they do not respect the Mont Blanc Experience charter, they are unpublished. Moderation is carried out daily (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In the event of moderation, our team will contact the traveler directly.
Questions are visible for 5 years.
Delay to publish a review
Reviews may be published at the end of the trip, after the moderation of a Mont Blanc Experience team member. Moderation is carried out daily (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If it does not comply with the Mont Blanc Experience charter, it will not be published. In the event of moderation, our team will contact the traveler directly.
The delay to publish a review can vary from a few days to 15 days maximum.
Reviews are visible for 5 years.
