My experience booking with Mont Blanc Experience was so smooth and easy. Everything went to plan! I went trekking solo and so was slightly nervous, however the team provided me with so much information and guidance I felt totally prepared. I had the best time ever, will definitely be booking with this company again! :)

It was a very well thought out and organized hiking trip. The booklet, app and instructions were clear and very helpful. We did not have to second guess. Our trip organizer was very knowledgeable, answered all questions on time.
All aspects of the trip with hotels, luggage transfers, taxi pick ups very well executed. Not even one mishap :)
It helped that we had gorgeous weather of course. We will plan another hiking adventure with this company for sure.
There is too many choices and we look for more personalized trip. However, our self guided TMB seems like it was personalized.

We had postponed our trip for a year and were told we would be first in line for getting lodging for 2025. We weren't booked as soon as hotels/huts opened and did not get some oft he lodging we'd requested. I also did not find your app as helpful as Mac Adventure's that I'd used in the past.

    We had the opportunity to discuss all this on the phone. The reservation process is very complicated in some huts. Early booking is not always a guarantee to be served first. Some huts block many rooms from the beginning of the season for some agencies and specific clients. A few months later, these same huts release some rooms to sale again but they do not communicate on it. that is why some hikers get rooms later in the season but this is just chance. Because we want to improve our process from now, we will stock some rooms from the beginning oh the season to help solve this problem. But these stocks remained limited and can not solve all the problem. Our goals is always to be very transparent with our clients and try to give the best response possible : waiting list, accomodation change etc... I still think early booking is a good option but no a garantee to get all the rooms you wish.
