Once all prereserved seats are filled, or for reservations with a departure in less than 2 months, we might have to acquire seats for a higher price (depending on availability at the moment the reservation is made), which might result in the application of a supplement that increases the closer we are to the departure date.

Our trip

  • First 3 days to train and get ready for the ascent

  • The normal and easiest route to ascent.

  • 2 chances to get to the top (days 5 and 6)

The aim of this fantastic one week mountaineering holiday is to climb Mont Blanc; the summit, at 4809m is the highest point in Western Europe. With three wonderful days in the high mountains to acclimatise, and allowing three full days for the ascent of Mont Blanc with two days for the summit itself, this one week adventure gives everyone an excellent chance of reaching the roof of Europe. The acclimatisation days are spent traversing from the Albert Premier hut to the Cabane du Trient hut, spending time on glacier skills along the way and taking in the famous Fenêtre de Saleina and the impressive high landscape of the Col du Tour. The summit of Mont Blanc is reached via the 'Normal Route', from the Tete Rousse and then the new Gouter Hut. The summit day is a long one, but the reward .... you are now the highest point around, with the most awesome views of the surrounding mountain ranges, there will be no doubt that it was worth it.

Hi

I am looking to climb Mt Blanc. I have quite a bit of Alpine experience (36 x 4000m peaks) - though I haven't climbed in the Alps since 2019.

I have time in June which I presume will be a good time for Mt Blanc - less rock fall risk?

Is it feasible arrange a more bespoke build up for Mt Blanc. I would like to climb Cosmiques Arrete. Is this an option in June and could it be fitted into a training plan prior to ascending Mt Blanc?

Can you help?

Regards

Chris Rigg

But we are also offering a private trip that is more customizable, so please contact me dire directly at [email protected] for more information.

Hi, the avaibilities in the hut for sumer 2022 are already very limited. We highly recommend early booking (at least 9 months in advance) to guarantee Mont Blanc huts spaces.

Level and complexity
Hi there. I'm looking into the mont blanc climb for 2023. I am solo but very happy to join a group and undertake a week trip. I used to live in Aosta and although hiked and boarded, I never climbed. I have good endurance levels and run ultras. I wanted to check on the required level of expertise and technical ability and breakdown of costs and what else should be considered in costings. Merci bien!

    Hi Kathryn,
All our 2023 dates for the Mont Blanc ascent are online. It's a very good idea to book this trip earlier.
By booking in advance you be sure to have enough avaibilities in indispensable mountains huts to do the summit (Refuge du Gouter and Refuge Tête Rousse).
Please write me directly at [email protected] and we will find the best dates for your ascent.
